What happens when I place my order?

We will contact you within 48 hours to clarify your order, arrange payment and delivery.

When can I expect to receive my finished pottery?

Approximately 14-21 days after collection of your painted pottery.  We will contact you if there are any delays.

What do I need to provide?

There is no need to provide anything.  Everything is included in our DIY Party Packs to enable you to host fun parties!

Which geographic areas do you serve?

DIY Party Packs and Baby & Toddler print packages are available to be delivered anywhere in mainland UK.  Our hosted parties are available in Berkshire, Oxon and North Hampshire.

Can I use my pottery?

Yes, our under-glazes are all non-toxic and lead free. Please note that our ‘Paint & Take’ pottery is not suitable for food and drink.

Does the paint stain?

All of our glazes are washable although some dark colours such as Oxford Blue and Jet Black may stain.   

What happens when I have finished with my DIY Pottery Pack?

Pack all pottery and components back in the original box.  Telephone us and we will arrange collection.

What happens if I don’t return everything?

If any items are not returned, we may be unable to complete your order.  Please telephone us.

What precautions must I take with the pottery before it is painted?

Every party guest must wash their hands before sitting down to paint.  If a mistake is made, use the enclosed rub-out sponge to wipe off glaze.  Please note that the darker colours may become permanent if left to dry.

How will I get my DIY Party Pack and/or Baby & Toddler Print Package?

Your DIY Party Pack and/or Baby & Toddler Print Packages will be delivered using a parcel delivery company.

What is “Paint and Take?”

Paint & Take gives you the option to have all the fun of hosting a painting pottery party but without having to wait for your pottery to be over-glazed and kiln-fired.  Everything is included to give your pottery that professional ‘glazed’ look.  Please follow the enclosed instructions in your Pack.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

To keep your pottery at its best, wash your pottery in hot soapy water and wipe tiles and coasters with a damp cloth and do not use in the microwave.

What is included in the price?

Your choice of pottery plus party guide and instructions, approximately 16 different colour glazes (paints), stencils, sponges, brushes, aprons, table coverings, pallets, brush water cups, rub out sponge, pencils and paper plus over-glazing, kiln-firing and return delivery.
