Please note that our pottery is hand-made and may have slight imperfections which do not affect the overall quality of glazed items. Due to supply, some pottery may differ slightly from our pictures.

If you are not satisfied with your DIY pottery party pack, please telephone us and return all contents to us, within 7 days, in its original condition stating your reason.

We need at least 14 days notice to supply your order (we will contact you if any problems occur). If your party is less than 14 days away, please give us a call and we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We will not accept any postal/delivery delays, once pottery packs have left Making Memories.

We pack all pottery individually with care. If your pottery pack arrives with any breakages, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace broken items as soon as possible. If your pottery box arrives obviously damaged, please sign as “unchecked” or check all contents immediately.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to treat pottery, over-glazes and paints accordingly. Any spillages, breakages must be dealt with swiftly with due care and attention. Clothes and fabrics should be washed according to manufacturers’ care labels. Some dark under-glazes such as Oxford Blue and Teal may stain. Making Memories will not accept responsibility for spills, stains or breakages.

Where over-glazing and kiln firing is required with pottery packs A-C: all original components and contents must be packed carefully in the original box, ready for collection to be returned to Making Memories. We will endeavour to return your finished pottery to you within 21 days. We will notify you of any delays.

Payment is to be made by PayPal, Postal Order, cheques made payable to Making Memories, within 7 days of your order.

By using our site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and in no way affects the enjoyment of other people using this site.

We do not guarantee that the operation of this site will be uninterrupted or error free or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Reuse (for any purpose) of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Making Memories.
