Schools and Nurseries

Painting pottery is a fantastic way of engaging classes of all ages. It can be incorporated as a curriculum based activity, used as a creative and fun fundraising opportunity for the school or simply as part of an art class.

From reception classes to school leavers we have interesting ideas for them all. Paint Pots will bring the pottery, paints, brushes and all the equipment straight to the classroom, we can then run the session or leave the equipment for you to run it yourself.

Commemorative displays are also proving popular amongst schools as a way of celebrating a special event, a 75th birthday for example, or the opening of a new development – a wall of hand prints is a wonderful display in a reception or entrance hall of a new teaching block.

Hand and Foot prints sessions are very popular with the youngest of our artists – especially for Christmas, Easter, Mother Day and Fathers Day. The painted items away and any personalised messages or additional wording can be professionally hand painted onto it before it is glazed and fired.

All painted items are collected & delivered to suit the timings of your sessions.

We also offer a Clay Imprint service but for these sessions we do need to stay and make the imprints ourselves.
